No. Anyone can browse the Materials Yard and see prices. A free account lets you see which stores stock a product, request quotes, pay from your wallet and leave reviews.

Yes. Deliveries are coordinated across Uganda. The delivery cost depends on distance and load size, and you see it in your quote before you pay.

List the materials you need with quantities and your site location. Our team prices the list with vendors who serve your area, and the quote appears in My RFQs. Nothing is charged until you accept and pay it.

Quotes are paid from your Zzimba Credit wallet. When you pay, the quote total is debited from your balance. If your balance is short, top up first and then pay.

Yes. You can cancel a request from My RFQs at any time before you pay for it.

Zzimba Credit is your wallet on the platform. It works as a save-to-build account: add money as your budget allows, then spend it on materials when you are ready. You can also send credit to other Zzimba users.

Open Zzimba Credit in your account and choose Top Up. You can pay by mobile money or bank deposit. Our team confirms each deposit, usually within one working hour, and your balance updates once it is approved.

Payments and transfers from your wallet ask for your 4-digit transaction PIN. You set it the first time you are asked. Never share it, including with anyone who says they work for Zzimba Online.

Create a free account, then open a vendor store from your dashboard with your business details and location. Our team reviews every new store before it goes live.

Subscriptions unlock extra tools for your store, such as SMS credits for reaching customers and Easy Scan quote links. Plans are paid monthly with Zzimba Credit.

Yes. Store owners can invite managers from the store settings. An invite is accepted once the invited person has completed their own profile.

Anyone with a Zzimba Online account can write one review of the platform. You can edit or delete it at any time from this page.

Yes. Our team reads each review before it is published, to keep out spam, abuse and personal contact details. Editing a review sends it back for the same check.

Verified buyer means the reviewer has paid for at least one order through Zzimba Online. Vendor means they run an active store on the platform. Both labels are added automatically.
